wow
It's been a month since I've written here. Yikes. Rest assured, my gratitude remains with or with out this electronic journal. It's nice outside and things are busy and I'm on Facebook. Nuff said! If you're on facebook tell me so we can find each other.
1. PATIENCE. Really grateful for patience. Without it I would not be where I am today. I know that. I honor that.
2. Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. I bow to Peace.
3. Feeling sassy. I'm on day three of only eating raw, live food. It's simple (which I love) and I feel really awesome. I ordered a couple David Wolfe books on Wednesday. Can't wait. Grateful for good health and nutrition.
4. Date night. Robert and I -and another couple- are going to a Detroit Tiger game next Friday. Grateful to spend time with friends. Grateful for free club seat tickets right behind home plate. It's a night game. Snugglin with my guy under the ball park lights. SWEETNESS.
5. My baby is graduating from high school. The majority of my work is done. NOW THEY MUST FLY.Grateful. Excited to watch/observe from here as their independent lives begin <3 I'm grateful that I never experienced the terrible teenage years every mom complains of. They gave me no trouble what so ever. I'm grateful for the open honest relationship that we all share and for the love they have for each other.
6. Brilliant ideas. I had a really great idea for my business yesterday. Mind blowing idea. I'm going to spend part of today and much of the weekend writing it out so I can really see it. Looking at it up close and far away. Letting my creative juices flow and deciding how I will go about making it a reality. Excited. and very grateful indeed.
7. Studio upgrades. Robert just spent a few thousand dollars on upgrades for his recording studio. Grateful he was able to do that. Something he has been wanting to do for a few years now. PATIENCE once again. Grateful that at the moment he is surrounded by 2 incredible mentors who know the system and are ready and willing to offer any assistance he needs. This was the time for this to happen because these people just showed up in our lives not long ago. Grateful to be able to recognize that.
8. Burrito Project Detroit. We will once again begin feeding the homeless Sundays, beginning June 7th. CHURCH. Burrito Projects are running in cites all over the country...maybe in your area.. if you want to help out too.
9. I'm taking pledges for a walk at the Zoo next weekend. It's a fundraiser to send the kids residing at Grace Centers of Hope to camp this summer. I'm totally rockin the pledges. Grateful to all my generous donors!!! Thank YOU.
10. I'm just really grateful to be alive.....
HAVE A DIVINE WEEKEND
