1. A wonderful Thursday evening
2. A beautiful Friday with loads of sunshine and fun in the back yard with the kids. Then on to study group Friday night. Great conversations/brain food.
3. Batting cages
4.Hip opener yoga practice lead by Janet. Fabulous.
5. productive yoga teachers meetings that includes fun plans for the future
6. Mary's new class for fall...meditations for compulsive behavior. I'm her first student. Can't wait!
7. I committed to teaching an 8 week class again in Sept. The best way to learn is to teach.
8. New baseball jerseys. SEXY. I love a man in a baseball uniform.
9. successful photo shoots with the ALL STARS
10. thunderstorms with plenty of beautiful lightning strikes
11. waking up to the sounds of birds singing
12. Jupiter in my 9th house. LOVELY.
13. My beaded bracelet that I got from Jamaica
black beads that represent the people
yellow beads represent the sun
green beads represents hope and agriculture
red represents the blood that connects and runs through us all.
I tend to focus on the red. The red really pops. It stands out amongst the other beads. I find myself touching and twirling the red bead.
14. Mangos.
15. dates set for high school graduation open houses.
16. solitude. Food for the soul. I have the house to myself for several hours this morning...it's a meditation all in itself.
17. spa days. Spending the day giving myself beauty treatments. Facials, hair removal, hair color and conditioning treatments, manicure, pedicure,bubble baths ..the works. Ahhhhhhhhhh.
18. Fat bunny rabbits

beautiful picK of you & the Mr. having grown up in a baseball playing family i have lookedat a lot of uniforms over the years i have noticed how attractive they enhance the male butt until i watched a game or two over the weekend now the uniforms look like rap singer pants
